If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, the parcel may be taken to a local depot, collection point, or returned to us depending on the courier’s process.
If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or failure to collect, we may need to charge redelivery costs where the failed delivery was not caused by us.
