1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Martspot Ltd are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone using the details provided with your order.
2. Shipping Destinations
Martspot Ltd currently ships only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unexpected delays (e.g., due to courier issues, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances) can occur; we will keep you informed if this happens.
4. Free Shipping
Martspot Ltd is pleased to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of the total order value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Martspot Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@martspot.co.uk or call us at +44 20 3995 5692. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package cannot be delivered due to the customer not being available to receive it, or if it’s not collected from a local depot within the courier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
