Return and Refund Policy
At Martspot UK Ltd, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled when you buy from martspot.co.uk.
Your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
1. Change-of-Mind Cancellations
If you buy from us online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
If you tell us within that 14-day period that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

2. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible items from the date you receive your order.
To qualify under this additional returns policy, items should be:
- unused or only handled as you would in a shop;
- returned in a resalable condition where possible;
- returned with any original tags, accessories, and packaging where available.
We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns or reduce refunds where items are not eligible for return, including where applicable:
- personalised or custom-made items;
- sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened;
- items returned damaged due to misuse, excessive handling, or missing essential parts not caused by us.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your legal rights still apply.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at support@martspot.co.uk with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the issue.
Where required by law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, unless we state otherwise, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If we issue a prepaid return label, it must be used in accordance with the return instructions provided.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method.
For cancelled orders returned under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier where applicable.
If you paid for standard delivery, the original basic delivery cost will also be refunded where required by law.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund after we issue it.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still have cancellation rights as described above.
